Es tiempo de Mandarinas y de Naranjas!!<\/p>\n<p>Especialmente, es tiempo de hacer mi maravillosa Mermelada de Mandarinas! Pero no deja de ser soprendente que dicha fruta sea originaria de China e India (En S\u00e1nscrito se la denomina \u201cNareng o Naranga\u201d). Fue introducida en Europa por los moros en Al-Andalus, la actual Andaluc\u00eda. Pero como fruto dulce lleg\u00f3 de la mano de los mercaderes portugueses. Una mezcla entre el rojo y el Amarillo. Mucho antes de llegar a usarse \u201cNaranja\u201d como definici\u00f3n del color, era llamado Rojo-Amarillo por los pintores. Tambi\u00e9n definido como \u201ccolor alegre\u201d est\u00e1 asociado a la alegr\u00eda, el optimismo o la diversi\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n es el color que tiene mas aromas. Este tipo de mermeladas toma much\u00edsimo tiempo pero el resultado vale mucho la pena!
