About Me

I’m Graciela Bombalova-Bogra, a professional portrait artist with over 30 years of experience. I have always been fascinated by faces and the human figure. My passion is to capture the true personality and soul of my subjects.

I am originally from Bulgaria, where I earned a Master’s degree in Textile Arts from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia. After graduating, I moved to the Caribbean, where I spent 12 happy years painting portraitsin luxury hotels for international tourists.

In 2010, after my son was born, I moved to Spain’s beautiful Costa Brava. Today, I run my online studio near the Mediterranean Sea, working with clients worldwide. While I paint all types of portraits, I have specialized in children’s portraits in soft pastel, which is my true favorite. I also collaborate with Mamut Pastels as an art advisor , a partnership that constantly inspires my technique and brings vibrant energy to my artwork.
