A Large Pastel portrait painting of a child in the woods… This is a portrait of a great boy with a lot of personality.
He is at a very special age right now. This picture inspired me a lot for creating a painting that I also filmed for my Youtube channel.

Children portraits have always something special.
And a big size portrait allows me to paint more freely and enjoy the process in a different way than the small pieces… For this portrait painting, I have used a grey large Canson Pastel paper, size was 29 x 43 inches
