This was one of those days when everything shines and all has more color. With my family, we were lucky to be able to enjoy this day and spend it all along on the south coast of France, near the Parc Naturel Régional de la Narbonnaise en Méditerranée. No hurries. Without anything important to do… The sea was calm. The winter sun. The beach. The color of the rocks was awesome!

We found it irresistible to take a stone in our pocket. Or several… In fact, we always do this when we visit places like this. We have at home whole boxes of minerals, shells, crystals, and pieces of wood polished by the sea … Natural treasures, precious to us.

I try to sort and classify them sometimes… It takes time but it is a very rewarding and inspiring task!
The tones of the stones that we take this last time are warm. It is a delicate range, very special… Just observing them refines the senses. It is a good exercise for everyone and even more for those of us who like to paint.
